Robbie Sigona’s Produce Tips: Page Mandarins

  • Page mandarins, drawn by local farmer Paul Buxman.

Look for good, orange color all over the fruit.

  • Select fruit that is a bit heavy for its size.
  • They should be soft, but firm to the touch.
  • A fresh-picked Page mandarin will keep for a couple weeks in the refrigerator. Learn why in this article about Page mandarins!

Robbie Sigona is our produce buyer. He works with local farmers and scours the market for the very best in fresh fruits and vegetables – some of you won’t find anywhere else.
